K-Beauty Reviews publishes independent product research supported by product specifications, manufacturer documentation, publicly available customer feedback, and Amazon product data where available.

How we select products

We begin with the reader’s specific use case, budget, compatibility requirements, and likely constraints. Products are screened for relevance before we compare specifications, availability, warranty information, and owner-feedback signals.

What the ACMS Score means

The ACMS Score is an automated comparison signal calculated from the product data available to our publishing system. Inputs may include ratings, available review-count data, availability, and sales-performance signals supplied by the product feed. The score is not a laboratory result or proof that our editorial team physically tested the product. It should be considered alongside the written analysis, specifications, and individual requirements.

Missing ratings, reviews, and prices

Amazon and other product feeds can omit or delay ratings, review counts, prices, and availability. When a verified review count is unavailable, we label it unavailable rather than treating zero as a positive or negative trust signal. Prices and availability can change at any time; the retailer’s checkout page is authoritative.

Testing and evidence

We only describe a product as hands-on tested when an article documents the test setup, procedure, and measurable results. Otherwise, recommendations are based on research and product-data analysis. Important factual claims should be checked against manufacturer documentation or another primary source.

Affiliate and editorial independence

As an Amazon Associate, we may earn from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to the reader. Affiliate compensation does not change the price paid by the reader and does not determine our editorial conclusions.
